Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are important, and you should read them carefully.  There are, however, specific terms that we want to draw to your attention:

Limitation of Our Liability

Except for any liability under the Australian Consumer Law or any other liability that cannot be excluded, the Promoter's liability to you is excluded or limited in certain circumstances including in respect of any application for a Reward that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (see paragraph 41 for further details). 

This summary is not a substitute for reading and understanding the Terms and Conditions, and it is not intended to substitute, expand or amend them. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Promotion

Purchase a qualifying Nikon product (“Qualifying Products”) between 17 November 2025 and 2 January 2026 from nikon.com.au or a Nikon Australia Authorised Reseller, and receive a Prepaid EFTPOS Card Reward up to the value of $750.00 AUD.   

This offer is available via redemption only before 2 February 2026 and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

By applying for a Reward, you are deemed to accept and must comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period

1.      The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 17 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 2 January 2026 (“Promotional Period”). 

2.      All claims for Rewards must be submitted and received by the Promoter before 11:59pm AEDT on 2 February 2026.

Qualifying Products:

Qualifying Products must be brand new and purchased from Nikon Authorised Resellers.

Ex-Demo, refurbished, and second-hand products are not eligible for this promotion.

Eligible Qualifying Products

How to Redeem / Eligibility 

1.   The Participant must purchase a Qualifying Product in a single transaction from nikon.com.au or a Nikon Australia Authorised Reseller during the Promotional Period. 

       i. It is the Participant’s responsibility to obtain a purchase receipt if not automatically provided

3.   Entry is only open to individuals aged 18 years or over who reside in Australia.  

4.   To apply for a Reward, Participants must: 

  a.   Purchase a Qualifying Product (not refurbished or second-hand) within the Promotional Period.  

  b.   Ensure the product model is listed as eligible on the Promotional Website or in clause 3. 

  c.   Pay in full during the Promotional Period. 

  d.   Complete the online claim form at www.nikonpromotions.com.au/summersavings by 2 February 2026, including: 

    i.     Full name, email, address, phone number, date of purchase, reseller location, product details, and any other required information.  

    ii.    Upload a scanned copy of the purchase receipt, product serial number, and Nikon Service Warranty card. 

    iii.   Acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 

    iv.   Choose whether to receive future promotional communication.  

5.   Entry is conditional upon providing all required personal and purchase information.  

6.   Participants must comply with all Reward Criteria. 

7.   A claim confirmation email will be sent immediately upon submission. Claims will be validated within 3 business days and a confirmation email sent within 24 hours of approval. 

8.   By submitting an application, Participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.  

9.   Each Participant may claim one (1) Reward per Qualifying Product model and up to five (5) Rewards per receipt.   

10. Rewards must be returned if the Qualifying Product is refunded. If spent or transferred, the Participant agrees to repay the equivalent value. Fraudulent claims may be referred to the police. 

11. Invalid, incomplete, or incorrect applications will not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase

12.   Participants must retain the original purchase receipt showing:

    i.     Reseller details,

    ii.    Date of purchase,

    iii.   Product name and amount,

    iv.   Confirmation that purchase was made in full during the Promotional Period. Failure to produce proof may result in forfeiture of the Reward.

Reward Details 

13.   Approved applicants will receive their choice of: 

  a.   Digital Prepaid EFTPOS Card (sent via email), or 

  b.   Physical Prepaid EFTPOS Card (posted to mailing address). 

14.   Cards:

  a.   Expire 36 months from issue date.

  b.   Are not refundable or reloadable.

  c.   Can be used in Australia where EFTPOS is accepted (excluding ATMs and over-the-counter financial transactions).

15.   Digital Cards are issued within 24 hours of claim approval via email and SMS verification.  

16.   Physical Cards may take up to 28 days for delivery. For assistance, contact: support@nikonpromotions.com.au.

    17–19. The Promoter may contact applicants to resolve issues and reserves the right to reject invalid or fraudulent claims.

    20–23. Employees, contractors, and immediate families of the Promoter or associated agencies are ineligible. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

    24–25. The Promoter reserves the right to verify details and disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms. 

17.   CAUTION: Deliberate interference or fraud will result in disqualification and possible prosecution. 

18.   The Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if affected by unforeseen circumstances. 

19.   Taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

    29–31. Liability is limited as outlined under Australian Consumer Law. 

20.  All decisions by the Promoter are final.  

    33–34. Personal information will be managed per Nikon’s Privacy Policy. Nikon may use participant details for promotional purposes unless otherwise advised.

21.   Nikon may update these Terms by posting revised versions on the Promotional Website. 

General Matters

36.   Governed by the laws of New South Wales.

37.   Internet access costs are the Participant’s responsibility.

38.   Any void or unlawful term is severable; the remaining Terms remain valid.

Force Majeure 

39-40.   A “Force Majeure Event” includes circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, or civil disorder.  

41-42.   If such events prevent fulfillment, the Promoter may suspend or terminate the Promotion without liability.
