These Terms and Conditions are important, and you should read them carefully.  There are, however, specific terms that we want to draw to your attention:

Limitation of our liability

Except for any liability under the Australian Consumer Law or any other liability that cannot be excluded, the Promotor's liability to you is excluded or limited in certain circumstances including in respect of any application for a Reward that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promotor (see paragraph 41 for further details).

This summary is not a substitute for reading and understanding the Terms and Conditions, and it is not intended to substitute, expand or amend them.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Purchase a qualifying Nikon product (“Qualifying Products”) during the 24th of November 2025 to the 27th of November 2025 from a Nikon Australia Authorised Reseller and receive a bonus item via online redemption.

This offer is available via redemption only before the 31 December 2025 and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By applying for a Reward, you are deemed to accept and must comply with these terms and conditions.
 
Promotional Period

The Promotion commences at 12:01 am on Monday, 24 November 2025 (AEDT) and ends at 11:59 pm on Thursday, 27 November 2025 (AEDT).
All claims for Rewards must be submitted and received by the Promoter before 31 December 2025 at 11:59 pm (AEDT).
 
Qualifying Products

Qualifying products must be purchased as brand‑new products from Nikon Australia Authorised Resellers.
Refurbished and second-hand products are not included in this promotion and therefore not eligible for any promotional rewards.
The eligible Qualifying Products and their corresponding bonus Rewards are as follows:

a. Nikon Z8 (any configuration)
b. Nikon Z6III (any configuration)
c. Nikon Zf (any configuration)
 
How to Redeem / Eligibility

Subject to product availability, the Participant must purchase a Qualifying Product in a single transaction from a Nikon Australia Authorised Reseller during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Qualifying Products are subject to availability. It is the Participant’s responsibility to request a purchase receipt if one is not automatically provided at the time of the Qualifying Transaction.

Entry is only open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years or over and reside in Australia.

To apply for a Reward:

a. The Participant must have purchased a Qualifying Product (excludes refurbished and second‑hand) from a Nikon Australia Authorised Reseller in Australia during the Promotional Period.

b. The model of that Qualifying Product must match one of the eligible models listed in clause 10.

c. The Qualifying Product must have been paid for in full by the Participant within the Promotional Period.

d. The Participant must complete and submit the online claim form by 31 December 2025 via the Promotional Website at www.nikon.com.au/hybrid, including:

i. Following the prompts on the Promotional Website relevant to the Promotion.

ii. Entering all requested details: full name, email, mailing address, mobile number, date of purchase, Nikon Authorised Reseller ("Promotion Location"), the specific Qualifying Product purchased, and any other required information.

iii. Uploading a scanned, legible, full image of the purchase receipt (showing the purchase) along with the product serial number, plus the Nikon Service Warranty serial number card.

iv. Acknowledging acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

v. Acknowledging acceptance of Nikon’s Privacy Policy.

vi. Indicating whether they accept or decline future promotional, marketing, and publicity communications.

Entry is conditional on providing the personal and purchase information requested.

The Participant must comply with all other Reward Criteria as required for their chosen Reward.

Once the claim form has been submitted and validated, the Participant will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours of submission.

Information on the Rewards, how to apply, and other relevant details on the Promotional Website form part of these Terms and Conditions. By applying for a Reward on the Promotional Website, Participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
A Participant may only claim one Reward per model of Qualifying Product purchased. If multiple claims are submitted by the same person for the same model, only one will be accepted. A maximum of five (5) Rewards may be claimed per purchase receipt.

If a Participant returns the Qualifying Product for a refund or credit, they must immediately return the Reward to the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to request the return of the Reward. If the Reward is not returned and has been used, transferred or spent, the Participant agrees to pay the Promoter the retail value of the used part. If the Participant fails to comply, the Promoter may treat the claim as fraudulent and may report to relevant authorities.

A Reward will only be granted if all of the required Reward Criteria are met (including timing, form completion, documentation). Applications that are incomplete, incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or tampered with may be deemed invalid.
 
Proof of Purchase

Participants must retain their original purchase receipt for the Qualifying Product. The receipt must clearly state the date of purchase, the Qualifying Product, the Nikon Authorised Reseller details, the purchase amount, and that the transaction was completed in full during the Promotional Period. Failure to provide proof may disqualify a claim.
 
Reward

Every valid claim will be awarded with:

a. Nikon SB‑5000 Speedlight 
b. Video Top Handle

The Promoter may decline any invalid application, but reserves the right to contact the Participant to resolve issues that are fixable. If resolved satisfactorily, the application may be accepted as valid.

If the application is successful, the Promoter will deliver the Reward to the postal address, email, or account nominated by the Participant in their claim.
Reward applications are considered made when received by the Promoter, not when sent by the Participant. Applications must be in the name of the Participant, using their personal details and address/account. Applying on behalf of someone else is not allowed. Fraudulent applications may be reported to police or other authorities. Use of bots or automated software to apply is prohibited.

Directors, officers, employees, contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Nikon Australia Authorised Resellers, or associated agencies are ineligible to participate.

For the purpose of clause 28, “immediate family” includes spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, child, parent, grandparent, uncle/aunt, nephew/niece, sibling, step-relatives, and first cousins.

The Promoter may deem any application invalid if it includes objectionable content (profanity, nudity, defamatory, scandalous or otherwise inappropriate material).

Rewards, whether goods, vouchers or otherwise, are not exchangeable for cash. Any stated value is based on recommended retail value in AUD, inclusive of GST. If a Reward is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute with another of equal or greater value.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be taken as cash. They must be accepted as offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any application or Participant (identity, age, address, residency, proof of purchase). Participants must provide proof as reasonably requested.
The Promoter may disqualify any individual it reasonably believes has breached the Terms or engaged in misconduct. Legal rights to recover damages are reserved.
CAUTION: Any attempt to disrupt or damage the Promotion website, or otherwise undermine the promotion (e.g. through hacking, tampering) may be a violation of criminal or civil law. The Promoter reserves the right to seek full legal damages.
If the Promotion is interfered with (virus, bug, fraud, unauthorized intervention, etc.) or becomes impracticable to run, the Promoter may:
a. Disqualify affected Participants
b. Modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion
c. Change or extend the Terms, as legally permitted

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Reward to successful Participants. Any part of a Reward that is not taken is forfeited. Participants are responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of a Reward.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, certain statutory guarantees (“Consumer Guarantees”) apply. Where a Participant is a consumer acquiring goods/services under these Terms:

a. If the goods/services are “PDH Goods or Services”, consumer guarantees apply and cannot be excluded or limited
b. If not PDH, the Promoter’s liability for failure to meet Consumer Guarantees is limited – at its option – to repairing, replacing, or paying for repair/replacement of goods, or re-supplying or paying the cost of re-supply of services. These Terms do not restrict consumer rights beyond what is permitted by law

The Promoter excludes all implied representations, guarantees, conditions or liabilities, except those that cannot be legally excluded (e.g. under Australian law). Except for liability under the Consumer Guarantees or other unexcludable liability, the Promoter (and its officers, employees, agents, suppliers) excludes:

a. All liability (including negligence) for:

i. Personal injury or death
ii. Any third-party, indirect, special, consequential loss
iii. Any loss due to technical difficulties, late or misdirected applications, tax liabilities, or Reward use

b. Limits other liability at its option: repairing or replacing goods, or re-supplying services

c. Assumes no responsibility for communication/network failures, theft or tampering of communications, technical malfunction, incorrect information, or non‑delivery or unsafe delivery of Rewards

The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

All personal information provided by Participants will be handled in accordance with Nikon’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.nikon.com.au/privacypolicy). Information may be disclosed to third parties (agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers, regulators) and used for administering the Promotion and for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes (if the Participant opts in). Participants may request access to or correction of their personal information.

The Promoter may use the name and photograph of any successful Participant for promotional purposes without compensation, unless the Participant advises otherwise on accepting the Reward.

The Promoter may amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion by posting a revised version (or a link) on the Promotional Website (www.nikon.com.au/hybrid). Changes apply only to future claims and not to claims already submitted.
