What is a rolling shutter effect?
The rolling shutter effect is a distortion of image that occurs when a sensor captures the scene line-by-line instead of the entire scene all in a single instant. With a partially stacked CMOS sensor, the Nikon ZR’s rolling shutter distortion is suppressed significantly.
